How to use
How to use Leanela Slim Coffee Booster
Dosage, best time of day and tips for building Leanela into your routine.
How to take Leanela
- Tear open one 2 g sachet.
- Stir it into a glass of water or your usual coffee, hot or iced.
- Take it once a day – do not exceed one sachet daily.
Best time of day for Leanela
Because each sachet contains 120 mg of caffeine, most people take Leanela in the morning or before midday. Avoid taking it late in the afternoon or evening if caffeine affects your sleep.
Leanela with coffee or water?
Both work. If you mix Leanela into coffee, remember your cup already contains caffeine – a 120 mg sachet plus a strong coffee can add up quickly. If you are sensitive to caffeine, mix Leanela with water instead.

- Hydration and sleep: both support a healthy routine.
